Private Chef Cooking
Rates are per person plus the cost of the food. If your group likes to dine-in and prefers to take a vacation from cooking, we can offer catered in-house meals. We highly recommend our chef, especially for preparing some of the local favorite dishes like stewed chicken with rice & beans. Cooking services depend on the type and number of meals a day. We offer a la carte pricing for meals as most people choose to mix up en suite cooking with a few trips to town.

- Belizian Break Fast- Eggs, Fry Jacks, Black Beans and Fresh Market Fruit
- Americano- Eggs and Bacon, Ham or Sausage with Fried Potatos
- Omelete- Cheddar cheese, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, spinach, tomato, with hashbrowns
- Continental- Market Fruit, basket of breads and cheeses, juice coffee or tea.
- Tortilla- Tour Guide Style two flat tortillas, mashed stewed chicken or ham, black beans, cheese and secret sauce.
